1. Before work

1.1 Check whether the operating handles, switches and knobs of the bench drill are in the correct position, whether the operation is flexible, and whether the safety devices are complete and reliable.

1.2 Add oil according to the lubrication requirements, and then turn on the power supply.

1.3 Operate at low speed for 3-5 minutes and start working after confirming that it is normal.

2. At work

2.1 It is strictly prohibited to operate and process bench drill with overload and performance.

2.2 The loading and unloading of the drill bit shall be stopped. The cone surface of the drill chuck and taper shank milling cutter bit shall be wiped clean and the clamping shall be firm. When unloading, tap gently with standard inclined iron and copper bell, and it is strictly prohibited to knock randomly with other objects.

2.3 The workpiece and tooling shall be fixed correctly, and it is forbidden to operate with gloves.

2.4 In case of any abnormality during the operation of the machine tool, stop the machine immediately, find out the cause and deal with it in time.

3. After work

3.1 Each joystick must be placed in the "stop" position to cut off the power supply.

3.2 进Perform routine maintenance.

3.3 If it is not used for a long time, oil the unpainted surface of the drilling machine for maintenance.

4. Periodic maintenance

4.1 The drilling machine shall be maintained periodically for three months, with the maintenance time of 1-2 hours, mainly by operators and the cooperation of maintenance workers.

4.2 First cut off the power supply and then carry out maintenance work:

External maintenance: scrub the machine tool to ensure there is no oil stain and rust.

Transmission system: check whether the transmission system is flexible and the tightness of the belt.

Electrical appliances: wipe the motor, check and fasten the neutral connection device.

Main shaft pulley bearing and bearing under the main shaft: lubricate with grease regularly (clean it once a year, remove the main shaft pulley and spline sleeve, take the bearing out of the bearing seat, and then add grease).

Other friction parts and bearings: lubricate the bearing under the main shaft with oil and inject oil into the spline sleeve of the main shaft pulley.
